Black Soyabean (कालो भट्मास)

Black Soyabean/ Kalo bhatmas are a variety of soybean that has a dark, black-colored seed coat. They are rich source of protein , fiber , vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. In Nepali cuisine, it is commonly used in various dishes, providing both nutritional value and a unique taste. They can be roasted and eaten as a healthy snack.
